The Family Law Co. provides family law services to anyone in receipt of legal aid.

If you are suffering from financial stress and you need ongoing legal help, you can apply for a grant of legal aid and, if successful, your legal fees will be paid by the NSW Government.

You can find out more about Legal Aid’s eligibility and requirements and complete a Legal Aid application here. Once you have completed your Legal Aid application, please forward the information to us either via email or by submitting your form below. We will then review the information, submit your application, and let you know the outcome.

Please note that it can sometimes take between 3-4 weeks to receive an outcome from Legal Aid.
