- Drafting, filing, and arranging service of your Divorce Application
- Affidavit in support of your Divorce Application (if required)
- Preparation and attendance at Divorce hearing (if required)
*In addition, there is a mandatory court filing fee of $1060.

If you are concerned about your ability to pay your legal fees or interested in flexibly managing payment, you may have options. One option is obtaining a loan from a family law funder such as JustFund.
